Hey, I'm Marissa.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME:

I have 7 years of sports photography experience including game days, venue events, media days, and product photography.

I have a degree in Photojournalism and work for SCHEELS' brand new store in Austin, TX. I spent nearly two years at Scheels' corporate office photographing product for Scheels.com. I also spent four years as the team photographer for the ushl's fargo force.

I have experience shooting events like concerts, sports tournaments, community events, and corporate events.

Where it all started

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Photojournalism, Broadcast Journalism, and Multimedia Journalism from Minnesota State University Moorhead.


At MSUM, I spent three years as the Lead Photographer for the Dragon Football team. I was also the Lead of the Photography Department of the MSUM GO!Team in my senior year.


After graduation, I landed a job working for WDAY-TV. After leaving that role, I have been fortunate to be a full-time photographer in several other roles including for an architectural firm and Scheels' corporate office.


My passion lies with hockey, but I am open to all sports including football, rugby, lacrosse, and basketball!
